" This comes from my love of all these "chefs" reality shows, I'm
fascinated by the fact that this is the most angry and hostile
profession on the planet. The best is here, you have angry
people that seem to have a fondness for alcohol and very
sharp knives yet every painting we see from a fine oil
painting to a poster would show this happy-go-lucky
chef with an oversized smile. Not at all what I see.
