Todd White - Girly Drinks

The two glamorous black dressed ladies at the bar have clearly had too
much to drink. The brunette slumps towards her companion, tresses spilling
everywhere, face slightly flushed. The blonde sits bolt upright, face definitely
flushed, clutching the bright red cherry from her drink in front of her. On the
bar two full glasses and a bejewelled purse rest, but I think they’ve had more
than enough for one night and the contents of the purse had best be used in
finding a way home rather than buying more drinks.

 

Born in 1969 in Texas, Todd came from humble roots. During his
twenties he relocated to Hollywood and worked in the animation
field, developing characters at some of the most renowned
production studios in the country. He was even part of the lead
team for the international hit cartoon series SpongeBob SquarePants.

Todd White's distinctive style and down to earth personality have won 
him an international reputation. He always names his pieces first, 
visualizes faces and personalities, then develops each person's story.
What isn't  necessary to the story doesn't go on the canvas. His
paintings captivate people.  They often invoke laughter and demand
repeated viewings. By revealing his subjects'  innermost feelings
he creates timeless scenes of attraction and intimacy. 
He studies body language, using its nuances to capture the
subtleties of what people  show and hide.
