For Upper Deck's 25th anniversary celebration, we commissioned famed speed painter Tim Decker to paint several of our exclusive spokesmen during the 2014 National Sports Collectors Convention in Cleveland, Ohio. He selected to paint'The Great One' Wayne Gretzky from the back highlighting his iconic jersey number 99 as a member of the Los Angeles Kings. Gretzky spent eight seasons in Los Angeles, which changed the local landscape of hockey. Artist Tim Decker has had his work seen on all the major television networks and has painted some of the most famous athletes and celebrates in the world. Wayne Gretzky has signed this limited edition (1) oversized canvas in signed in silver paint pen. Canvas measures 42" x 56". It should be noted that Decker created this work in five minutes. Gretzky's signature was witnessed under UDA's Five-Step Authentication Process. This oversized stretched canvas will be shipped in a wood crate.
