“For generations, this quiet spot was home to a thriving community.
A pace where families were fed and sheltered, where relationships
had their beginnings, where stories were passed down and songs
were sung. And it was all built on the rich resources that came from
the sea the forest. Times have changed and the descendants live
in a different village now, but the strong Haida culture lives on
— a culture that was nurtured and developed in the village
sites like this one, ages ago.”

of custom-blended ink droplets to faithfully replicate Carol Evans’ artistry. This image
is printed on 100% Rag watercolour paper. The image size is 20 1/8” by 30” and
the edition is signed and limited to a number of 100 with a retail price of $495.

Mist in The Village is also available in a canvas Giclée edition of 295 stretched
frames 21” by 31 1/4” and is priced at $675 or $1175 for a large canvas 30” by 44”
(closer to the size of the original painting.)
