Each year in early spring, these charming birds pound our hearts with joy,
life and excitement as they chirp around our backyard each and every morning,
just before the sun splendours above the trees. It was such an inspiration
for me to paint them, captured in such a lovely setting. I called this painting
"Morning Charm" for that's what these chickadees really are. It is so rejuvenating
to hear their joyful chirp and the noticeably unique charm of their black cap
and fluffy feathers. They are found across North America in open woodlands,
clearings and in the suburbs. I am once again privileged to share this lovely
painting with those who strive hard to preserve and protect the priceless
beauty of nature around us. .”
