"In creating this magnificent Siberian tiger, I wanted to capture both the soft
texture of the fur while keeping the essence of a majestic beast at rest. Large
cats that appear to be resting comfortably can however, spring at any given
moment. I have chosen to call this picture Beauty at Rest because this
wonderful animal is so special to me.
